🐎 Broken Bronco – Complete 20/40/60m shuttles. Start by completing 3x 20/40/60m efforts, resting for 60-90 seconds, and then complete another 2x 20/40/60m efforts to make up the 1.2km total distance.
This can be progressed week to week by increasing the shuttles completed in one effort or by going beyond the 1.2km distance and doing extra shuttle efforts.
🏃♀️ An alternate method of improving your Bronco time is to find yourself an S&C to prescribe personalised running distances and times based off your 1.2km time trial.
With their guidance, you’ll progressively increase your training volume and work towards decreasing your Bronco time.
